This product is made of 303/304 stainless steel by numerical control fine turning, with single-step limit structure. It is mainly used for precision equipment, plastic embedment, small spindle guide, corrosion and rust prevention. It is suitable for interference pressure assembly process, and supports non-standard customization in full specification.

✅  Stainless steel base material, rust-proof and corrosion-resistant: 304 stainless steel raw material, not afraid of moisture, acid and alkali environment, not easy to rust compared with carbon steel, suitable for outdoor, wading, electronic kitchen and bathroom products.

✅  Step limiting design: the end shoulder is used for limiting, accurate clamping during pressing, uniform assembly depth and automatic pressing operation.

✅  Precision tolerance: fine turning of internal and external diameters, dimension tolerance ± 0.02~± 0.03mm, stable clearance/interference fit, smooth guiding without jamming.

✅  Excellent wear-resistant performance: stainless steel has high mechanical strength, anti-extrusion, anti-repeated friction, and is not easy to deform and wear after long-term use.
