This product is T-type brass shaft sleeve with flange. It is made of H59/H62 brass by fine turning with CNC lathe. The top disc flange is limited and the lower cone barrel is hollow. It is a special wear-resistant bushing for plastic embedded and small transmission structure, and supports non-standard size customization.

✅  Flange limit positioning: the top flange edge is pressed against the workpiece end face, and the pressing depth is accurately controlled to prevent the bushing from completely sinking into the plastic/base material;

✅  Brass self-lubrication: small friction coefficient of copper, smooth and wear-resistant rotation of rotating shaft, noise reduction, no need to add additional lubricating oil;

✅  Corrosion resistance and aging resistance: brass is not easy to rust, suitable for humid and moisture-rich environment, and its service life is better than that of plastic shaft hole;

✅  Precision tolerance: the internal and external diameters are precise, which can realize the clearance/interference fit between the shaft and the bushing, and there is no shaking after assembly.
