1、 Product Description

Carbon steel precision turning inner and outer thread inserts, integrated with inner and outer double-layer threads, achieve thread diameter conversion and screw hole repair and reinforcement.

2、 Material advantages

High quality carbon steel substrate, with excellent strength, tensile resistance, and pressure bearing performance. It meets the hardness standard and is not prone to tooth breakage. Its cost-effectiveness is better than stainless steel, and it can be treated with blackening/galvanizing rust prevention as needed.

3、 Product function

1. Thread conversion: Lock the large-diameter outer teeth into the workpiece, switch the inner hole to small-sized threads, and easily change the screw specifications;

2. Sliding wire repair: aluminum, cast iron, plastic screw holes with rotten teeth sliding wire, embedded with screw sleeves to reshape standard internal threads, repairing scrapped shells;

3. Substrate reinforcement: Soft materials such as plastic and die cast aluminum are pre embedded to disperse the force on the locking teeth and prevent twisting, cracking, and repeated disassembly of sliding teeth.

Conventional M2~M12 variable diameter specifications are available in stock, non-standard lengths and tooth spacing can be customized by CNC, and industrial bulk stock is directly supplied.
