1. Material and process: Made of precision brass turning, the surface has a matte brass texture after machining, with excellent conductivity, corrosion resistance, and mechanical strength.
2. Key structure:

The main body is cylindrical with standard internal threads that can be connected to bolts/screws of corresponding specifications.

There are circular/waist shaped through holes on the side, which is the core design that distinguishes it from ordinary rolled flower inserts.

3. Working principle:

During injection molding or compression molding, plastic will fill the openings on the side, forming a physical clamping structure similar to a “pin” after cooling. Compared with ordinary rolled flower inserts, it greatly improves the anti rotation and anti extraction ability, and is not easy to loosen after long-term use.
